We at Sissy Supplies stand behind the quality and durability of our chastity cages. We understand a chastity cage can be a large investment for a sissy starting out. To demonstrate our confidence in our products and support to our sissy community, we are proud to offer a lifetime guarantee for all chastity cages purchased from our website starting in 2024, with a 1 month pre-date buffer for previous orders (December 2023 orders & forward).

In the unlikely event that your chastity cage fails due to a manufacturing defect or normal wear and tear we will replace the broken part or if not available we will replace the whole cage with the same or similar model, as long as it is still available in our inventory. If a similar product is not available that meets your satisfaction, we will issue a full refund for the original purchased amount.

To take advantage of this guarantee, please contact our customer service team at warranty@sissysupplies.com with a description of the issue, your order number or other identifying order information along with a photo of the affected product. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible (normally in 24-48 hours).

Please note that this guarantee does not cover damage caused by misuse, fire, space travel, ballbusting activities or neglect. Additionally, modifications made to the product will void this guarantee. This guarantees all parts included with the original chastity cage including the cage, size rings, spacers, locks, keys, tubes or anything else that came with the original cage for the life of the cage purchased. A return of the defected/broken part/cage may need to be returned at no cost to the customer.
