We understand the sensitive nature of the items we provide and take privacy very seriously. Packages are shipped in small bags with no marking of "Sissy" on them of any kind. The only identifiable information on the package will be your shipping information. We place no paper work, logos or invoices inside the package so if someone else were to open it there is still no indication where it came from. Please keep in mind larger items like love dolls do ship in much larger boxes, however there is still no "sissy" or "sex" markings of any kind it may be harder to hide the item or its contents due to their size.

 

 

Yes, most of our items ship from China, just as many of our competitors do. However we are not a foreign company. We are a small USA Pennsylvania based company that truly cares about its customers. Buying from us is not like buying from the other companies that ship their products from China, there are no bad Chinese - English translations here. When you contact us you get 100% American English speaking born in the USA customer service that truly cares.

Sure the items that ship from China can take a long time, 15 - 30 days but if it does not show up you will not get a "please have patience and wait a bit longer" default message. If tracking shows no updates or its lost we refund or resend. If by chance it somehow goes past 45 days we offer 100% money back AND a store credit, so you get more back more then you spent.

In order to keep prices low and shipping free, most of our items ship from our china warehouse and in most cases each item will ship individually to keep packages small. However we are working on building stock in our PA location, and hopefully one day be shipping everything local.

We are locally based in Pennsylvania USA and all USA returns will be sent back to us for fast processing or another local location if you are from another country.

 

Please note however most packages are received within 2-3 weeks, it can take up too 30 - 60 days to receive your item after it ships if you are located within another country.

 

Our policy is if your package is not delivered within 45 days after shipment, its free.

 

If you are located outside the United States or Canada we may contact you to confirm your address for your Country since we are unfamiliar with different languages and shipping formats in other counties.
